•  It is suggested that you download the Example of Insurance Declaration and Correct Wording Insurance to aid in obtaining and completing event insurance coverage documents

• Food Vendors MUST have their own event insurance coverage, and insurance documents and Decleration Page MUST contain specific Union County Insurance Coverage Language (Correct Wording - Insurance); Also, on the day of the event, Food Vendor MUST pass County Health Inspector Park Sanitation Inspection to participate
